Embroidery Digitizing takes a piece of digital artwork and translates it into a format that can be used by a sewing machine. This can then be sewn onto items, such as clothing, towels, bags, hats, etc.

To provide the best possible results, we prefer to receive vector artwork. Vector artwork is made up of points, lines and curves, as opposed to pixels. All fonts should be outlined, or we may need to choose a close alternative. However, we can accept most high-quality images. If you require a non-standard size, please include the exact size you would like the finished image.

When we receive your artwork and size specifications, we will provide you with a quote. The size, amount of fills, stitch count and the number of colours will determine the cost.

We can create the following digitized formats: PES, DST, EXP, PCS, HUS, VIP, SHV, JEF, SEW, CSD or XXX

Yes. We prefer to accept PES and DST formats, but can also accept EXP, PCS, HUS, VIP, SHV, JEF, SEW, CSD or XXX

The time taken can vary dependent on the size and quantity of your order, but we strive to complete all orders within 14 business working days. If you require a rush order, please contact us to discuss.

We currently embroider within a maximum area of 210mm x 310mm

We recommend embroidered text is no smaller than 8mm in height.

We only use the highest quality threads from Brother and Madeira. Both have a vast range of colours.

Yes. For the first order of every embroidered design we create a sample to ensure that we can produce the best possible results for you. We make every effort to ensure that your embroidered design is identical to the artwork you supply. However, it may be necessary to increase text to make it legible. We will email the image of this sample to you for your final approval.
